There are no fixed structures, plans, or process with this package. This is about being in the moment with each other and experiencing the power of emergence.
Through the combination of outdoor exercise and talking about your situation , feelings and thoughts with a highly experienced coach, this is ideal for clarifying complex issues and decision-making.

This is 1-month online journey with a small group of leaders.
During this time you will be supported in crossing your bridge by peers and our expert coaches. You will become better at dealing with complexity, being a leader and team player, developing more trust and allowing emergence.

Nico Czinczoll

Nico Czinczoll is a trusted advisor to executives and management teams of large corporations and hidden champions. After a successful career with Daimler and BP Nico consults and coaches leaders at companies like Zalando, Infineon, BASF and mid-size businesses.
He is a certified systemic management consultant, holds an M.Sc. in Psychology and draws on a long standing meditation practice.

Amaranatho
I work with talented, creative, quick thinking executives and business leaders that want to grow and get results for themselves and their employees.
As a mindfulness-based and agile mindset coach, Amaranatho supports executives, leaders, and teams to stay calm and connected in complex situations. He was a Buddhist monk for 15 years, has a degree in AI and is currently accrediting to be a coaching supervisor with the EMCC.
He has worked with founders of large startups, HR executives, cybersecurity teams, and covers a variety of industries from Education to IT tech companies.
