    In these interactive online learning sessions (2.5 hours) your leaders become aware of crucial concepts, practise relevant techniques and receive hands-on coaching in small groups.     For more in-depth support and adaptation of mental and behavioural patterns this coaching process consists of 5 sessions of 1.5 hours with a dedicated coach. Because of the diverse experience and expertise of our coaches we can match the needs of leaders with the right coach and most impactful approach.
